Anya Minko is an Australian–Thai contemporary artist based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where she has lived for more than two decades. Her multicultural background has shaped a distinctive visual language characterised by bold colour, layered textures, and intricate linework.

Working primarily in acrylic, Anya's paintings move between abstraction and figuration, exploring themes of identity, human connection, and the natural environment. Her paintings are held in private collections across South-East Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America.

In 2026, Anya curated and exhibited Tonlé to Treeline at Rosewood Phnom Penh, a group exhibition celebrating Cambodia's diverse landscapes and the connections between people and the natural world.

Alongside her artistic practice, Anya previously served as Director of SEVA (Socio-Economic Vision Alliance), a Cambodian organisation focused on education, community empowerment, and rural development.

Beyond her artistic pursuits, Anya is an adventurous explorer who loves discovering the world—especially on her bicycle. Her passion for exploration mirrors the fluidity and spontaneity of her artistic process.
